Lurching Horror Of Zombie Flick Fun For Dynamo & Black Camel

Outpost Defense, the latest iOS release from the team at Dynamo Games has been created on conjunction with Scottish film production company Black Camel Pictures.

Based on the newly released movie: Outpost II: Black Sun, which was released last weekend at Fright Fest, the game is part of a whole transmedia experience which features Nazi Zombies.  Thousands of ’em…

In the iOS game, the player must dispatch, with insouciant prejudice, hordes of shuffling (nazi) zombies.  In the face.  Upgrade paths offer a choice of weapons and defences (though there’s not yet one of these suckers…)

But where did these Nazi zombies come from?  Why are you disturbing their bleak existence?  We’re thrilled you asked…

During the 1945 endgame of World War II, German scientist Klausener worked on frightening new technology with the power to create an immortal Nazi army. Now a NATO task force is hurriedly deployed to Eastern Europe to uncover what sinister enemy exactly appears to be mercilessly killing everything in its path…

So it is, in the best traditions of zombie games, it’s either you or them.  And if you check the screenshots, it would appear that these zombies are even using machine guns.  Which we think is either very cool, or extremely unfair.

Outpost Defense is simply one part of a wider transmedia experience.  Black Camel is a pioneer in the creation of transmedia projects, covering a variety of digital media channels.  We understand from the team at Dynamo that comics focusing on other elements of the story are already in production and will be with you ‘soon’.

Outpost Defense is available NOW for your favourite iOS devices(s), for the face-gnawingly reasonable price of FREE.  For a limited time only.  Grab it now and help mankind fight off the relentless nasty nazi revenant regiment of doom.

If you can’t or won’t do it for yourself.  Do it for the kids, man.  Won’t somebody please think of the children?

Do the right thing.
