New survey for businesses and freelancers working in the creative industries focuses on skills
EKOS has been commissioned by Skills Development Scotland (SDS), on behalf of the Edinburgh and South-East Scotland City Region Deal partners, to undertake a creative industries business survey. The goal is to better understand what changes may be taking place in the creative industries and how this will impact on demand for skills in the short to long-term. The purpose of this research is to explore sector specific and cross-cutting skills issues to inform the skills system in the region. Responses from the games industry are particularly important as tools and technology from the games world are becoming more relevant in other areas of the creative industries.
The surveyors are keen to capture as many views as possible and would be extremely grateful if you can provide feedback via a short online survey. It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
The survey can be accessed by clicking on the following link – ESES Creative Industries – Business Skills Survey – and will close on 26 March 2023.
Any information you provide will be used only for the purpose of this research. No information that allows you as an individual/business to be identified will be included in any report. Your response will be stored securely and will be destroyed, and electronic copies deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the study.
