Planet Cube: Edge, the second title published by Edinburgh-based Firestoke, has set a release date of 23 February.
The game is developed by Costa Rican company Sunna Entertainment, and will see players explore an underwater science complex through the medium of pixel-perfect platforming.
On the Edge
Firestoke is a Scottish indie games publisher with the aim to “spark joy, surprise and delight in a global audience of players.” with the titles they publish. Planet Cube: Edge is their latest attempt to do so: a two-tone retro platformer with a focus on fluid animation, expressive characters, and tough-as-nails boss fights.

Developed by Sunna Entertainment, a Costa Rica-based developer founded by David Álvarez and Virgilio Solis in 2014, the game will leverage a simple but effective pixel art style, alongside tricky precision platforming, to give players a retro experience that is still, undeniably, on the cutting Edge.
Planet Cube: Edge will release for PC and all major consoles on February 23. You can wishlist the game on Steam here.
