Zappaty has announced its CEO & Co-Founder John Thornewill will be speaking at More Than Games as part of Scottish Games Week this October.
Zappaty was officially founded in 2021 after John and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Tim had been using the prototype platform for years to make VR games in Unity more efficiently. Almost one year on and indie developers and teams around the globe are using Zappaty to save time, save money, and save unnecessary stress when backing-up their game projects. The Zappaty team work remotely across the UK and are headquartered in Dundee, Scotland’s internationally known hub for games.
Scottish Games Week is a brand-new week-long series of tailored events aimed at connecting the skills, technology, and ways of working used in games with other industries.
You can catch John taking part in a panel discussion on Monday 24th October at the Barclays Campus in Glasgow, discussing how Scotland can harness the true power of creative media.
John, CEO & Co-Founder at Zappaty said:
At Zappaty, we’re obsessed with collaboration and simple, reliable tech that just works. More Than Games was the obvious choice for us, and the event will play a vital role in promoting cross-industry collaboration.
The line-up and tickets for More Than Games are available now on the Scottish Games Week website.
