While this year’s Xpo North may have fallen prey to the ongoing lockdown, the team behind Scotland’s best creative industries festival has been hard at work moving much of the programme online.
Dave Taylor, one of the team at id software, (self described as the ‘spackle coder’) responsible for Doom and Quake, is holding a production workshop on Friday 1st May 2020 from 6:00-7:30pm.
He’ll take us on a deep dive into game design and production strategy in this one-to-one development workshop, offering design exercises, insights from the industry, and direct feedback on your projects.
Participant numbers are strictly limited, so sign up now if you want to hear from Dave and get his insight into your games.
This is a superb opportunity to hear from one of the unsung heroes at iD and a chance to get your work in front of him.
Email Claire Lyall (clairelyall@xponorth.co.uk) by 12pm on Thursday 30 April, if you would like to take part.
Thanks to the team at HIE for organising.
