Move 2020 also introduces a brand new curated business-to-business and freelance networking sessions as well as the increasingly famous Drink & Draw and MOVE Late evening events.

The programme has been expanded to include a business-led component which includes business 1:1s and recruitment drives by independent studios and production companies. With the presence of UK-wide agencies and commissioners it will be a prime opportunity for local creative talent to showcase their work and pitch to agencies they might not otherwise have the opportunity to. From the agency and commissioning side it will be a great opportunity to scope out potential creative suppliers and collaborators currently leading the way in Scotland.

The 1:1 meetings will have representatives from commissioners of children’s animation, creative agencies, funding bodies, award winning studios and development agencies. The sessions are available to delegates of the industry days of MOVE Summit and will be on a first come, first served basis. Contributors include: Netflix, BBC (Children’s Animation & Puppetry and BBC Children’s, Scotland & N.I), BFI, Blue Zoo, AXIS Studio, Union, PUNK and The&Partnership plus more to be announced soon!

The full programme and lineup of speakers can be found on the Move Summit website.
