There’s a brand new programme for games companies in Scotland to help them achieve greater success globally.
Scottish Enterprise has partnered with Elevator, to launch an accelerator programme designed to help games companies grow internationally.
The programme promises a variety of topics, events and help, including:
- Keynote sessions from international experts
- Workshops
- Monthly meet-ups (Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee)
- Trade show options
- Focussed 1-2-1 coaching sessions with company founders and the senior Elevator team
- Access to an assembled group of games industry ‘Guardians’ – a group of elite mentors with gaming and internationalisation experience to help guide companies on their journey
The entire programme is free and could open the door to additional support and funding. All events will run after working hours and if all this isn’t tempting enough… beer and pizza will be freely available at most events.
The programme will formally launch on 8th March and run until October 2017.
Places are limited to 15 and open to all companies throughout Scotland within the Games Sector and with an interest in International growth.
Applications will close on 1st March 2017.
You can find the application form here.
