MCV’s 30 Under 30 – Vote Now

MCV 30 Under 30If you’re working in the games industry and below the age of 30, then you’re eligible for the 2013 MCV 30 Under 30, the magazine’s annual list of the up-and-coming execs working in the games sector.

MCV is asking readers to nominate their favourite up-and-coming stars of the UK games industry – your own staff colleagues, peers or even yourself – by emailing MCV’s Chris Dring. But make sure your get your nominations in by Friday, October 11th.

Candidates can be from retail, publishing, the media, distribution, services and the online sector. Every corner of the industry  – with the exception of video games development, which will be covered by Develop magazine’s separate 30 Under 30 feature in later in this year.

So – everyone EXCEPT developers.  Are we clear?  So, games journalists, marketing people, anyone working with a technology company, a publisher, in retail, distribution and presumably education and academia.

All nominations must include a high-res photo of the candidate, their job title and role, age and a paragraph on why they should be considered.

Who would YOU nominate readers?  If we get a list together and all vote, then we can make sure we stuff the list with good people from the Scottish Games Network…
