Speculation is rife on the games-related corners of the Internet that Ruffian, the development studio behind Crackdown 2, is up to something brand new and fascinating.
A number of jobs listed on Ruffian’s website mentions ‘a number’ of projects for ‘some of the biggest publishers in the games industry’.
There is, as yet, no confirmation of a third game in the Crackdown series and many people are excited by the idea that Ruffian may be working on one or more orignal new games.
VG247 notes that a series of Steampunk concept pieces have been up on the studio’s Flickr account since August 2011.
