Since 2018 the Grads In Games Awards have recognised and celebrated the people, studios and institutions that have made a real impact in improving the links between education, academia and the games industry as a whole.

The awards highlight the academics, universities, colleges and courses that are going the extra mile, not just by educating, but actively helping students make the leap to becoming professional game developers.

The awards also bring attention to the businesses, studios and collaborations, which are forging greater connections with universities and supporting graduates taking their first steps into a career in games.

The awards also recognise the students and projects that are producing exemplary work and helping those around them to achieve more.
