The Scotland Sessions is a series of free online events from BAFTA Scotland, celebrating some of the nominees in the BAFTA Scotland Awards 2021, including the games nominees – Amicable Animal (SOLAS 128), Blazing Griffin (Murder Mystery Machine) and Bitloom (Phogs).
The series will be held online from the 8th -11th of November, in the run up to the 2021 BAFTA Scotland Awards ceremony, which takes place on the 20 November at 16.30 GMT online via BAFTA Scotland’s social channels.
For a second year, BAFTA Scotland will hold these sessions online, allowing them to reach a global audience of BAFTA members, career starters, the next generation of talent, and film, games and TV fans. Panels of nominees and industry experts will offer an insight into their craft and the nominated games, programmes and films they have worked on including Limbo, Murder Mystery Machine; Perfect 10, Poly Styrene: I Am Cliché; Run and more.
The Scotland Sessions offer audiences an exclusive behind the scenes look at the making of some of Scotland’s best films, games and TV this year. Free and open to the public, The Scotland Sessions allow audiences to delve into the world of their favourite Scottish productions. Guest speakers are invited to discuss their work and members of the audience will have an opportunity to ask questions.
