New On Scottish Game Network – Freelance Directory

For HireFreelancers, contractors – we want YOU.  If you’re based in Scotland and offering services within the interactive industry, then we want to help.

After the success of the Company Directory (the second most accessed page in the entire site), it makes sense to pull in those people working in Scotland who are not part of a larger company, but offering services to others in the sector.

Whether you’re a coder, artist, animator, producer, audio specialist, QA, marketer, writer, book keeper, HR advisor, journalist or… ‘other’, we’d like to include you in the first ever directory of freelancers working in Scotland.

The idea is to create a one-stop shop for those companies looking for help is particular areas. Bizarrely, there doesn’t seem to be anything like this for Scotland’s rapidly evolving games industry and we know several dozen people out there who could benefit from a single central resource, which is kept up-to-date and known to all of the companies in Scotland.

We need – your name, your area of expertise, a brief description of what you’re offering and how you work, plus your preferred contact details.

We’re going to make this up as we go along, so we may well be back in touch for more details, but in the meantime, let’s get it up and running and see if we can’t help this often forgotten part of the industry grow and prosper.

Please send or share this post with any freelancers you know.  Together we can make this work for everyone…

Contact us and we’ll get you listed.
