4J Studios, the company behind the multi-million selling, multi-award winning Xbox 360 version of Minecraft is now looking for experienced console programmers to help them shape the future of the insanely popular game across other platforms, both current and next generation.
Minecraft, continues to be a global phenomenon. The Xbox 360 version of the game has sold over 8 million copies to date, while across all formats, it has sold 33 million copies worldwide. Earlier this year 4J Studios announced they would be bringing the game to the PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
We are currently looking for experienced Console programmers to join our East Linton office, working on Minecraft for current and next generation consoles.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years industry experience with at least one published console game to their name.
