SOLAS 128, the critically-acclaimed synthwave reflect-em-up puzzle game from Amicable Animbal, has received a significant accessibility update for both the PC and Nintendo Switch, to coincide with Global Accessibility Awareness Day (#GAAD).
"Originally I started making SOLAS because I really enjoyed older C64 games like Reflektor, and (admittedly obscure) tile-based puzzle games like S.C. OUT. These games were all about cause and effect, and about learning how the different systems interacted with each other."
SGN POD 001: On this very special first episode of the SGN Podcast we introduce the team and dig into new releases Monstrum 2 and SOLAS 128.
In SOLAS, players explore the complicated, interconnected circuitry of a mysterious machine by redirecting beams of light towards energy receivers in an effort to get it up and running again. What the machine does or why it’s powered down we don’t know, but we do know that something alien and hostile has found its way inside and is intent on causing chaos.
