Scotland's Games Ecosystem Cluster
Part of Ukie’s push to help educate young people about careers in games, the One Minute Mentor programme is calling for anyone involved in the games industry to share a tiny chunk of wisdom about what they do and how they got there.
Headed up by London-based independent developer Payload Studios, the Tentacle Zone Incubator is a programme offering mentorship, networking opportunities and an all-round games industry insight to independent developers with disabilities or neurodiversites, who come from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, are of an underrepresented gender, or are POC or LGBTQ+.
Entries are now open for the Moray Game Jam. Â Scotland (and the UK's) most northerly jam EVER takes place on the 14th - 16th of March at the University of the Highlands and Islands' Moray College. Teams are being sought to design and create a new and original game in only 48 hours. Â The prize …
