Gamescom – We Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside

Gamescom is the world’s biggest games industry event. Taking place in Cologne, Germany in August (13th-17th), the UK will once more have a prominent stand at the event.

UKIE will once again be taking a 400 square metre space and will designing and managing the area to ensure every company can benefit. There are a number of different packages on offer giving UK companies access to the fully managed reception desk, expo passes, marketing support, wifi, access to networking events and much much more.

In 2013 over 40 UK companies participated in UKIE’s garden-themed stand, generating over £16m worth of business. This year, the theme is the great British seaside.

UKIE is processing the TAP grants for those companies who choose to attend as part of the UK presence. The grant for Gamescom is £1,500. These grants are strictly limited on a first come first served basis and must be received with a UK stand booking form.

Packages range from £1000 per company for a dedicated meeting table, through to £4500 for a dedicated meeting room. Early-bird prices are open until 30/05/2014.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment terms are 50% on receipt of booking with the remaining 50% due no later than 1st July 2014.
