Innovate UK (the new name for the Technology Strategy Board) is holding a regional meet-up in Scotland for companies developing innovative digital/creative content, services, platforms, applications or technologies.
This includes games.
In partnership with Interactive Scotland and Codebase, the heads of Innovate UK’s digital and creative team, including IC Tomorrow, will explain how Innovate UK is supporting companies producing digital and creative innovation with funding, facilitating collaborative relationships and you know, general business support.
An informal Digital Business Drop in session will be held as part of the meet-up where specialist expert advice will be available for Start-Ups, SME’s or established businesses. This session will outline the current funding opportunities and support available to companies developing innovative creative and digital services as well providing companies with a better understanding of the support available from Innovate UK, Interactive Scotland and Codebase.
At the meet-up, companies will be able to:
- Learn about the various Horizon 2020 (EU) funding opportunities for the creative industries including design, digital and data technologies
- Learn more about the various forms of support and funding available from Innovate UK, Interactive Scotland and Codebase
- Meet advisors who can help you navigate the various funding opportunities available as well as make valuable business introductions
- Introduce you to digital businesses who have been successful in receiving funding from Innovate UK
- Network with other businesses
