Dundee (and Scotland’s) vibrant games community is set to come alive in 2025 with the return of the city’s biggest play party – Playapalooza Dundee on Friday 31st January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for game developers of all levels to showcase their work, get valuable feedback, and connect with fellow creators.
Whether you’re a seasoned studio veteran or a budding indie developer, this drop-in event is the perfect platform to share your games, projects, and works-in-progress with the local industry. Looking for constructive criticism? Eager to show off your latest creation? This is the place to be.
Not Bringing a Game? No Problem!
Even if you don’t have a game to demo, you’re more than welcome to join the fun. Come along to meet other developers, try out their exciting new games, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with a casual drink. It’s a brilliant chance to network, discover new talent, and experience the diverse range of games being developed in Dundee (and beyond!)
Show Off Your Game (Limited Spaces Available)
If you’re planning to showcase your project, Hubworld encourages you to register your interest via this link. While you’re welcome to bring any project on the night, registering will guarantee you a spot, as table space is limited.
Please note that attendees need to bring their own equipment, including laptops, consoles, or any other necessary hardware. Hubworld Scotland will provide plenty of power extension cables, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment. Please bring your tech at your own risk.
