We’re delighted to offer an exceptional role for a Social Media & Community Manager. You will be part of a diverse, welcoming team whose aim is to spread Glitchers games far and wide.
The Social Media & Community Manager is responsible for not only the retention of Glitchers core gaming audience, but also growth of their portfolio of titles to new audiences and undiscovered communities and ambassadors.
The role covers the full product life-cycle across all social and owned channels from announcement through to post launch and service. You will be adept to manage relationships with both playing communities and social media influencers, playing a key role to define the strategy to grow and evolve our reach, taking inspiring content beyond the core gamer community, continually refreshing and energising our immersive studio culture.
This role will see you take responsibility for your own titles. You will work closely with the studio to learn about the games and establish key spokespeople for content across all relevant channels. You will identify community issues/talking points and offer consultancy on best course of action.
This role enjoys a lot of autonomy but requires an outgoing, capable Social Media professional who can work as part of a team and evangelise new ways forward. Though we’d prefer a proven games industry track record, we will consider those stepping up to the next level in their careers as well as those looking for a new opportunity. Experience in running beta communities preferred.
