As a Game Designer, you will take a role in game projects from concept to completion. Helping to define key systems and creative direction alongside Narrative Design, Code and Art.

Core Responsibilities:

– Take ownership of game features from inception through to release, striving for quality while adhering to the core vision of the game

– Review and adapt designs based on user testing and approved internal feedback

– Be the champion of quality for multiple feature designs; executing the creative vision of the game

– Scope out and plan your own tasks and those of others within the design team

– When required, set tasks, monitor and manage the quality of output for junior design team members

– Mentor junior design team members


– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Knowledge of Unreal and Unity game engines
– Shipped titles
– An approachable personality with a desire to be part of a team
– A proven track record of designing gameplay systems
– A passionate love of gaming and a strong understanding of modern gaming trends

Advantageous Experience:

– An understanding of C++ and/or C# programming languages
– Presentation, public speaking and pitching experience
– Console development experience
