UKIE Hub Crawl 2021 – Build A Better Business

To kick off a happier, easier and more successful new year, our friends at UKIE have launched a virtual version of their hugely popular Hub Crawl 2021, with a focus on making your games company better.

While the Hub Crawl would normally visit games hubs, clusters and locations across the UK, for a fun evening of local expertise and drinks, this year’s programme will be far more focused and integrated, helping the UK’s games companies to operate more successfully.

As the UKIE team puts it:

We are going to be ambitious and cover the entire life cycle of a games business; from incorporation, growing a team, middleware, running the studio, pitching to funders, getting PR exposure – right through to eventually exiting a business.

The programme looks amazing. It covers everything from business basics (January 13), through to managing workloads (February 10), raising your profile (March 3) and the policy of games (March 17).

Thanks to an amazing network of sponsors all of the Hub Crawl 2021 event are FREE and open to anyone involved in the games industry. So spread the word, share the love and feel free to invite colleagues, friends, and associates.

The first session focuses on Starting Up & Business Basics. The speakers and panel for the evening are:
