Scottish Games Network is a living wage employer. While we currently work exclusively with contractors and freelance staff, we ensure that all of the people we work with are paid above the national real living wage, whether working on an hourly or daily basis. As our team grows and we move to employees, we shall continue to ensure that paying the real living wage is a fundamental aspect of our business.
The Scottish Games Network Ltd. and Scottish Games Week offer all team members – internal and external – a safe working space and an effective voice. We work with a steering group of diverse individuals drawn from many areas of the games ecosystem, to offer vision, support and advice. All team members can contact any of our steering group in confidence with any issues, observations or problems. The Scottish Games Network team will address these issues openly, transparently and with the input and help of our steering group and team members.
